We’re a husband-and-wife training team, a Marine Corps family, and the founders of Custom K-9 Service Dogs. For over a decade we’ve been raising and training dogs — from $45,000 ADA-qualified service dogs to the family pets that curl up at your feet every night.

Our passion is simple: helping families raise calm, confident dogs they can enjoy anywhere — at home, on the trail, or out in the community.

That’s why we built Canine Core — our signature puppy program that takes all the secrets we use with service dogs and makes them simple, step-by-step, and fun for everyday families. It’s the foundation every great dog needs, and it’s designed to fit into real life (because we know how busy life can get).
